The Workforce Your Project Depends On Starts Here.
Grid Solutions builds the craftworker pipelines that make America’s most critical infrastructure projects possible.
Partner With Us→The Infrastructure Boom Is Here. The Craftworkers Aren’t.
Grid Solutions closes that gap. Sometimes we identify the need. Sometimes you bring it to us. Either way, the answer is the same. We build the training infrastructure, certify the craftworkers, and deliver a workforce solution built around your specific project, market, and timeline.
This isn’t a staffing solution. It’s a long-term investment in the local workforce that serves a region long after the first project is complete. When workforce is the constraint on getting work done, Grid Solutions is the answer.

Grid Solutions trains craftworkers across the full spectrum of infrastructure trades. From energy generation and transmission to data centers, pipelines, and communications.

Backed by the Bestin the Industry.
Grid Solutions is a Quanta Services company. Quanta is an industry leader in specialized infrastructure solutions, delivering services that electric power, pipeline, industrial, and communications industries depend on across hundreds of active projects at any given time.
When Grid Solutions identifies a workforce gap, it isn’t working from scratch. It’s working from the deepest bench in the industry. That’s the difference between a training company and a workforce solution.
National Reach
The resources and network of the largest infrastructure services company in North America, deployed where the workforce gap actually is.
30 Years of Proof
The training model has been producing certified craftworkers since 1993. Every Grid Solutions program is built on that foundation.
Workforce Delivered
Grid Solutions doesn’t just train craftworkers. It delivers them to the projects that need them. That’s the Quanta advantage.
From Identified Needto Operating Program.
Whether you come to us with a specific need or we identify the gap together, every Grid Solutions program follows the same proven development lifecycle. From site acquisition and facility construction to curriculum delivery and local leadership handoff. We build it, we run it, and we make sure it lasts.
Assess the Need
We identify the craftworker gap. The trade, the market, the timeline, and the scale. Whether you bring the need to us or we identify it first, no commitment is made until we understand exactly what the project requires.
Acquire & Build
Real estate is selected, acquired, and purpose-built to spec. Indoor labs, outdoor training fields, and classroom facilities designed specifically for the craft being taught.
Develop Curriculum
Curriculum is built by the Quanta education team, adapted from an existing program where applicable, or built from scratch where none exists. Certified instructors are onboarded before the first student arrives.
Train & Certify
Craftworkers complete a structured program and graduate with the certifications, safety credentials, and hands-on proficiency that employers require. No shortcuts. No exceptions.
Sustain
The program is established, locally led, and self-sustaining. The craftworker pipeline keeps delivering.

Two Ways In.One Standard Out.
You Have a Project. You Need the Workers.
You have a contract, a timeline, and a market where the craftworker pipeline doesn't exist yet. Bring that problem to Grid Solutions. We assess the need, design the program, and build the workforce solution around your specific requirements. You stay focused on the project. We handle the people.
We See the NeedBefore It's a Crisis.
Grid Solutions monitors where infrastructure investment is heading and gets ahead of the workforce demand before it becomes a bottleneck. When the project lands, the craftworker pipeline is already in motion. That's the advantage of working within the Quanta network.

Proven Programs.Expanding Network.
Every institution in the Grid Solutions portfolio is proof of the model. We go where the workforce gap is, build the infrastructure to close it, and leave behind a program that keeps delivering craftworkers long after we’ve handed over the keys.
